With the passing of House Bill 91, schools across the Commonwealth embrace the Golden Rule as a model for improving attitude and conduct of students. KCSS stands on the belief that everybody should enjoy school equally and be treated with respect. Community members, educators, students and parents are encouraged to join in and take this pledge against bullying. It is everyone’s responsibility to stop bullying, and it is up to each individual to make sure bullying does not take place.
